Doesn't look like one of the Compaq Portable I, II, III or 386 varieties that I've seen. Those all have a built in display on the long side. No available model number or type I'm guessing?

I have been searching and found some more information. Micro Express RoadRunner is what I have found. I am looking for information on the video card for the LCD.

I have a very similar portable clone that I'm working on. The video card is this one:

Mine appears to have an issue with the character room, but since I'm going to replace the LCD with a colour TFT I'm getting rid of it.
