Yeah, it's not the fixes.txt file that is elusive to me, it's the FIXED.txt file.

Find somebody else that wants to do them: sell it, trade it, or pass it along. Better somebody who really enjoys it and wants to do it right than to half-ass it just to get it done. I have spent way too much time un-doing somebody else's "chores" that they clearly weren't interested in enough to do right. What do you do when fun projects become chores?
I'm looking at that through the rear-view mirror. If I ever get to the point that I need to make a spreadsheet of my projects and can't just look at a few labeled boxes on a shelf (or systems on my work table), I will know that I have way too many projects!
:)I can't recommend this enough.
Like he saidManaging?
You just take on more and more projects and set them aside partially disassembled on whatever surfaces you can find until it's 8pm on a friday night and you quietly weep at an overflowing garage/spare room/kitchen table full of projects.

Once you start collecting TV's its all over. I got two and my wife was really unhappy. Long and short of it they sat in the basement a few years then I smartened up and got rid of them. I feel better now.. Vintage computers is fine but crt tvs is a slippery slope.
You are right. The thing is, when he first asked me if I wanted it, my exact response was, "I need that like I need hemorrhoids"....then within 10 days as we were getting together for lunch, I said with a sigh, "might as well bring that anchor over". Oh well.I ended up taking to to the town recyling center.. It was a huge load off my mind the second I didnt have to see them anymore.... Sometimes we all need to be smarter and know when to say "No thanks"
Sounds like you need to work on your self control........You are right. You know that I am going to remind you that you said that - right?Sounds like you need to work on your self control........
