Microchannel cards implemented in discrete logic

I'm sure there were a few, but have they been collected into a list? The only ones I know of are the Roland MPU-IPC and my personal Future Domain MCS-350, which is of a very low serial number. All of the chips sans the EPROM and the RAM buffer are TTL and PAL logic. Some of the PAL chips look to lack a security fuse by default, which may make producing a clone from scratch easy, or at least less of a hassle-- although I am nervous to desolder anything from it due to being a one of a kind.

I don't doubt it--somewhere here I have a PCI card where the interface is a CPLD (XC9500). You can pack a lot of functionality into relatively simple programmable logic.
 
I did a quick look around after this was initially mentioned, and it looks like most of the simpler non-dma cards were incapable of being system IPL devices, like the IBM Patriot / Future Domain 71G3575
Modern mass storage solutions for MCA seems to be a bit of a mess.
