Having the KDF11B-BJ ROMs in the BDV11 is one of the best possible upgrades! Just the advanced memory test alone makes actually running these old machines a lot more tenable.

I decided to dump the 256x8 fuse PROM on the RXV21 I repaired:
It's an etch D, rev F board. Original part was a TI TBP18S22N, there are cross reference parts that should work. Dumped with a Data I/O 29B and UniPak 2B in Intel HEX format.
