I'm looking for a nice Model F keyboard and saw these items on Ebay :
Based on the eBay items that you are pointing to, specifically, you are seeking the particular type of 'Model F' (types shown [here]) that works on an IBM 5150/5160.
Per [here], IBM refers to that as the '83-key keyboard'.

But the box says : Made in Singapore ? Is that normal for such a keyboard ?
I have not seen enough boxes for '83-key keyboards' to comment, but Singapore does not surprise me.
For commercial reasons, IBM is expected to have multiple lines of supply, and not limit manufacture geographically.

This one has a silver connector. Can this be a Type 1 Model F Keyboard ?
Maybe, maybe not. See the 'Physical' subsection of the 'Keyboard' section at the bottom of [here].
