MS-DOS 6.22/Win 3.11

I have a PIII Compaq Deskpro. I would like to put MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 on it. First, is all the standard hardware in it compatable(fully stock, 3Com ethernet, built in graphics and such, 1998)? and also, can a download either of these, if so, where? Even if it's not FULLY compatable, I still must put it on there so I can install Windows 98 UPGRADE on it, if win 3.11 isn't compatable, that is.
