The early Alienware laptops were specially painted Clevo laptops. They came with desktop CPU's, high end graphic chips, huge fans plus a battery that lasted maybe 20 minutes. The power brick even had a fan to help cool it. Other than the bright colors and alien head on the case they were Clevo machines under the skin.
