Seriously, worth a check-out... http://www.ebay.com/itm/251424269321
He has the 5150A, which needs some minor work, but was purchased with factory options of an 8087 Math Co-Pro and memory board, then later added a hard drive and a DSDD 360KB drive... a 5151 monitor which no longer powers on (worked when packed away back in 1991), and the 83-key Model F keyboard, all CIB.
He also has an Epson printer that's the Epson brand of the IBM 5152 printer (I forget the model on that one)
But, he's also got software that could be resold and likely pay for the whole shebang: Microsoft Adventure, complete IBM grey folder version, Adventure in Serenia IBM grey folder version (Sierra's "rebadged" Wizard and the Princess game for IBM PC), and - get this - an original DOS v1.0 diskette and sleeve (no binder/case)
He's also got the requisite binder library of DOS (v1.1 probably), BASIC Library, Guide to Operations, etc...
I've corresponded with the seller, and told him what to look for to see if it was the early model. I also cautioned him to find an excuse to cancel bids and relist, selling the 3 noted pieces of software individually. He's honest, which is good - he had 5 bids from 3 people, and didn't want to disappoint any one of them, so even though he'd be likely to pull in more cash, he was going to keep it listed as-is.
