Ok, not actually a PC, but you would think it would kill them to put that info in the description.

Perhaps it was from the keytronic “lifetime” series and they actually got it replaced at some point and they sent a windows keyboard? Looks similar to this keytronic board, except it’s the model with the stupid L shaped enter key:

Indeed...I never heard of the Victor and now realize it was a Chuck Peddle creation (Sirius 1 / ACT lineage). This eBay item seems to be in excellent condition.

eBay is OVER in 2022. They finally ruined it. Now, you get a 1099-K if you sell over $600 in a year (pretty much any casual user now).

eBay fees = 12.55%

1099-k = This means you pay self-employment tax (FICA, etc.) of 15.3%, PLUS your effective income tax rate.

For most middle class people, this will be at least 44% of your profit gone in the USA.

There is no reason to do it anymore. It's over.

It's not an ebay thing, it's an IRS thing (new rules).

Not entirely true. Only things that gone up in value over the orginal price are taxable, unless it was an investment. Anything used is going to be difficult to tax if its value depreciated since new. So vintage computer stuff should be fairly safe. Unless you are selling 100s of items a year or are selling under a business, hobbyists should be fine...

By chance a few things have caught my eye lately, so let's try a few more:

First, not PC, but interesting, never heard of this one before:
An HP-207 "Integral"

Lot of 6 motherboards
Description: "Vintage Computer Circuit Boards", yea.
Looks like there is a 5150, 5160, and clone 8088 motherboard in there.

Swan XT10/Datatech Turbo-10 8088 clone with Magnavox RGB 80 Monitor

PROTEGE 286 clone DESKTOP COMPUTER

No-name 286 clone Computer N80L286-10/C2H

No-Name 486 desktop AT

"Standard Turbo" Computer (8088?), Samsung Monitor SM-12SS39A7 & Maxi-Switch Keyboard
I've got a similar Samsung monitor, those are very nice.

Zenith Data Systems Z140 - 8088 Desktop Computer
Includes monitor, keyboard, and wide format printer.

Corona Data Systems Cordata Model PC400 PC Personal Computer

Packard Bell Amber Monochrome MDA Monitor, PB1272A, 12 Inch

Taxan KX-12" Display Monitor KZ-1203U
(Composite style input, but supposedly higher resolution)

Compaq Portable, nice looking

Compaq Portable

Another Compaq Portable

Radio Shack Tandy 1000 HD in original packaging

IBM 5170 PC case with upgraded guts
Looks like a reset switch has been added to the front panel.

IBM 5170 PC case with upgraded guts

IBM 5170 PC case, also looks upgraded/modified

Kind of beat up IBM 5160:

IBM 5160 Case

IBM 5150

Micron Powerstation desktop computer, Micronics M-M54Hi-10PM motherboard, Pentium 100MHz

AT AST 386sx 25MHz GoldSeries Desktop Computer

Victor 300 SX/25

But, this is what eBay has turned in to:
Description: "RARE vintage Board , Intel Chips 1974, 1975" duh.
Full sized 386-25 motherboard. Battery corrosion, scratched up, looks like it has been in a parts box. Some of the photos look like a different motherboard.
Asking price, a low, low price tag of...... US $4,999.99
***FACEPALM***

Is there any way to tell the forum not to "unfurl" the URL without having to go back and edit that crap out? Not sure what will happen when the ebeh page content changes or goes away.

New message from: snac-6217 (52BLUE_STAR Star)

Hey thanks...chips say 74,75 ....more than half the stuff here is only what someone will pay..

Your previous message

You know that's just the copyright on the Intel name right? This board was made in 1989, not 1975.... 5 grand? LOL
