Old School Front Panel switches

I am looking for a source or at least the name of the old front panel switches you used to see on various equipment. It basically is rectangular/square push button with a single small led above the switch.
 
The "original" switch of that style is made by Schadow. Don't remember the part number or series.
 
I designed those into a product back in the 90's. They worked really well mounted to a P.C. board spaced just far back enough from the front panel to protrude slightly. Obviously, they are not water or splash-resistant!
 
The first time I saw these things was on the Intellec Series II that we picked up around 1978 or so. The system unit is under the monitor (for those Retr0brite fans, the enclosures on these things were painted polyurethane foam--they don't turn yellow like injection-molded plastic, so the color in the photograph (from the CHM) is pretty much the same as it was when the thing was new)).
