I've had my Olivetti for about a year now, shes going strong and is more or less fully upgraded with 10mb ram (max for this board), network card and sound card added plus a CD drive. I even overclocked the 16mhz CPU to 20mhz.

One thing that I'd like to do though is fill the 2 empty sockets on the motherboard that according to the diagram on this PDF - https://secure.corradoroberto.it/doc/olivetti/systems1/cap40.pdf (page 40-7) are for video memory. Also as per this PDF the system uses a WD90C11C VGA video controller. I would like to populate these memory sockets but I'm not sure what type of memory I need.

I have also found a manual for the WD90C11C - https://datasheetspdf.com/pdf-file/606665/WesternDigital/WD90C11/1 on page 1 section 1.2 features is mentions support for 2 or 4 256Kbyte by 4 DRAMs.

Could anyone point me to suitable ram chips. They need to fit in a 20pin dip socket.
