Orchid Tiny Turbo 286 card with missing cable question possible build needed

i have of one of these cards and another different branded one with the cables missing. at one point i saw on the web that there` was someone building these and at that time i didn't find a way to see about getting one. i have looked into seeing if there was anything i could find on the web about a detailed pin to pin (8088 plug) build of this cable.
all i have is a lot of photos of the cable. any info would be great and pin to pin exactness is a must to prevent damage to these cards` and the computers. i do know the cable has to be relatively short for stability. thanks in advance!
 
i have found now and seen in the past a github of someone reverse engineering this card and i'm seeing 2007 in the work. it has a schematic and i assume if someone dove into more of the schematic it will be a possible cable build? maybe a possible cable build comment there would help but i'm not sure much is happening there. i'm hoping for a simpler cable build for dummies book here lol. i also see a comment about 286 to 486 on the site. i wonder if a "Make it 486" chip would work on those cards? i am also curious about that crazy thought.
