Hello I have a Sr Partner with 128K onboard and a RL-m900 Ram board with another 128K on it.

I am looking to up it to full 512K but need the ram board "SW401" settings and I need to know what chips to put in it.

I found a manual for a German version of this system but it has a different ram board. The motherboard dip switches seem to be the same so I will attach them for help of others.

Does anyone have a copy of the USA version manual of this system with the RL-M900 board that they could help me out with?

Hello there,
I just stumbled on your post. Thanks for posting the info on the main board dip switches.
Are you still looking for the RL-M900 RAM card info?
I don't have a manual for it, but I have a fully populated board. The exact model I have is RL-M900B.
It has 48 RAM chips, all NEC D4164C-15 (the 15=150nS, but the manual says you can use 200nS).
In case you didn't already know, these are standard 4164 64K by 1-bit DRAMs.
The dip switch is set as follows: 1,2 = off 3-8 =on (on is towards the edge of the card, on is towards IC442).
With all those chips, the card gives you 192K by 16-bit, or 384K bytes.
The HDD is dead on my machine, and I'm considering my options. Any thoughts ?

Good luck!
