PB600 Packard Bell Bios Update - PhoenixBios Version 4.04 Agoura release 1.17 to 1.20

Hello,

I have a Packard Bell Axcel 3510 and would like to update the bios to allow for a larger hard drive. Currently, I have a 4GB hard drive in there at the moment. I have 7.2 and 8.4GB hard drives that don't read in this computer. I don't have any 5.7 or 6.4GB to verify if 4GB is the max. I tried accessing old forums and sites like bios-drivers.com. I even tried to use the Wayback Machine to access their archived pages hoping to find a link.

Current Bios: PhoenixBios Version 4.04 Agoura release 1.17

I am looking for:
PhoenixBios Version 4.04 Agoura release 1.18
PhoenixBios Version 4.04 Agoura release 1.19
PhoenixBios Version 4.04 Agoura release 1.20 (Preferably)

It also goes by it's motherboard name PB600.

Any help would be great!

Have you tried drive overlay software? It's pretty straight forward to get around drive size limits using it.

OP, have you been able to find the AGOURA 1.20 BIOS release anywhere? I have a PB600-based machine I'm trying to revive, and I cannot find this BIOS anywhere for the life of me.. Everything related to it seems to be completely gone off the internet.

I have found AGOURA release 1.19 in Patchwork Quartal 2/97, but I'm still desperately looking for 14241302.exe or 600mb.exe (or full floppy contents)

600mb.exe was available on ftp://ftp.packardbell.com/pub/bios/600mb.exe
