PS/2 reference disk label

I was wondering if anyone has an original IBM reference disk, and if that someone would be willing to scan or take a picture of the label on it.

I want to put something better on my disk than a bit of painters tape with handwritten text

Which model?...

They did change a small amount over time, but generally had which model it was for, a copyright notice, a version number, and the ¨FRU¨ of the diskette...

I´ll see if I can dig up a few examples...

This would be for the model 50Z.
I'd be happy with anything that looks remotely authentic really But figured it'd be even better to have it look just like the original disk.
