Question - Old mouse training software

I remember as a kid, i am almost certain it was on a IIGS, a mouse training game, where you used the m ouse to drive a car around a road. and certain things happened that taught you how to use the different functions of a mouse. flat tire, dragging tires back onto the car...etc.

I thought it was the Apple IIGS tour disk, but that had the mouse trainer with the guy exploring the caves.

So, now im not sure what it was.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
