QX-16 Technical documentation

Does anybody have the full scan or the physical book for the QX-16 Technical documentation ?
On the PDF I have they make reference to chapter 6 for details on how the ICRT video card works, but chapter 6 is not part of the PDF.

If anybody have it I would highly appreciate if you can shared it....

Yeah the missing chapter 6 in the available scans is rather unfortunate. I've also looked for it with no success either. There are many places in it that basically say see chapter 6 for further details, making things rather frustrating when trying to figure out in more detail how things work.
