RAM Chip Replacement Services Needed

Get a hot air soldering station. I have recently upgraded to a better unit, but even the ones around 40USD arent so bad, just make sure it has the base station. Then practice on some old dead stuff, its fairly easy. Most modern stuff I set it to 330C or so, full fan speed.
 
I use a fairly big tip, compared to some. Helps to heat up the board. I've gotten pretty good with it, haven't blown off a single chip. :)
