Hi all,
is there a solution for connection an Amiga compatible floppy drive to a PC running a either linux or windows? I have a stash of Amiga floppies that need to be read so they can be used on a modern computer.
thanks

Recommended or not, I don't know, but I connect a normal (in other words - PC compatible) floppy drive to either a FluxEngine or a Greasleweazle which is then connected to my modern computer via usb, the use the FluxEngine software to turn it into .adf files. (Yes, that is correct, the FluxEngine software now can use Greaseweazle hardware). Works for me.
Note: I don't think copy-protected floppies will work with the FluxEngine software - I haven't tried that. YMMV
