Recommendations on ISA SVGA card?

I've been trying to find a good ISA card that supports at least 32,768 colors in windows 3.1. I want to get a 2" Video Still Floppy drive working on a 386 but the software apparently needs hi color. I found an ET4000EX on an orchid Prodesigner IIs card with 1MB vram. I'm hoping that does the trick.
@32k colors your resolution will be limited; 800x600 at best.

I'm happy with my ATi Mach64-based ISA card. It performs well enough for some really old DOS games like One Must Fall: 2097 and DOOM, but I'm using an Am5x86 133MHz chip. It may not be the speediest, but it is far better than the onboard OAK VGA that the system has.

In the ISA era most cards were designed for scrolling in Windows 3.1 apps at mostly 256 colors, and gaming was a very far secondary importance if any at all.

After scrolling was conquered, they went after resolution and color depth probably in the PCI era where you ended up with more and more VRAM and much better DACs.
