Reduce hinge tension for Compaq LTE Elite

Had anybody have a success in reducing hinge tension for Compaq LTE Elite? I tried to lubricate it by dropping some oil into the hinge but it helped just a bit. I don't know if it's possible to disassemble the hinge and adjust an internal spring

So I figured it out and I'm posting it here in case someone needs it. The pin on the right is adjustable and could move in and out with some pressure. Moving it out (to the right on the picture above) reduce the tension. You could use a small mallet to hammer it out a bit
