I purchased a TOSHIBA 3100E. It had a non-working FDD and a JVC HDD.
I managed to connect a SAMSUNG SFD-321B floppy disk to the TOSHIBA 3100E.
You need to modify the elements on the floppy disk board as shown in the image.
And connect the wires as shown in another image.
I succeeded.
