Tec-a-nology, is another word for magic, which is, really cool expensive stuff, that you have no clue how it works. And when it breaks, you havfata' buy a new one.

Ah, I watched that episode during school a couple months ago!

yeah, that was probably around the time I saw it while in training at a well known Wireless company. That was probably the only light of working there, watching homestar runner when the assignments are done. That and having to hear the Muppet's "Mana Mana" all afternoon.

Dunno, £42 could be OK if it a nice 486 laptop of some less common brand or has some special hardware (like Strong Bad's laptop sometimes appear to have).

I have a 486 DX4-100 laptop made by a company called Dual Group. I suppose it's similar to Strongbad's. But black

Memory on those laptops can be expensive. For instance I put
in 4Mb on my 386 back around 2001 - unfortunately I can't
remember exactly how much I spent on it - a couple of hundred
aussie bucks. It was the last place I could seem to get Memory
for my particular Laptop - Sanyo 16NBC. It was worth every
penny as I turned it into a very nice little machine with Web
Browsering capabilities. The Memory also did very nicely in
CP/M-86 (4Mb RAM Disk).

CP/M User.
