It looks to me as if the floppy is attached to a metal plate that is then attached to the main chassis with 4 screws. Perhaps not so bad...

Well, how desperate are you? servicemanuals.net claims to have a service manual for downloading (but it'll cost ya).
If you can wait a couple of days, I'll dig my into my MZ100 and figure out the gentlest way to open the floppy drives.
