I have a silent 787 that does not print really clear. I have gone through the procedure to clean the had with plain paper and alcohol, it helps some.
The head on my printer is not perfectly parallel to the roller. It is slightly further out on the right side of the head than the left, is this normal? Can anyone tell me a distance measurement for the head to roller adjustment? ALso can anyone post a picture from the top showing head alignment?
