Solid State XTA IDE? Maybe!

Found this on hackaday. I'm thinking it might be easily modded into an XTA capable setup. I'm going to dig into how he made it tick tomorrow. Doesn't seem like a very expensive project. Probably beyond my skillset, but I'm going to give it a good hard look anyway.

Either way, it could be amazing for other vintage ATA machines, to be able to drag-n-drop copy new files directly, and live, to your XT/AT/386+'s "hard drive" using your modern machine through WiFi.

Alan is an active member here (eeguru). I believe he mentioned XTA compatibility being a possibility.

Oh, nice, I was able to find his original thread here now. I'm still too new to recognize folks names yet, but didn't surprise me that he's here :D
