Sun 511 SCSI Shoebox Repair

Finally wrapped this one up and did a writeup on it:

I got this shoebox for shipping, basically empty. It contained only the PSU, fans, and mounting hardware. The plastic front bezel's mounting bosses were destroyed in shipping. PSU required a recap and is a Computer Products/Boschert so it's annoying to disassemble. The internal SCSI ribbon had issues, turned out to be one or both DD50 IDCs, which are still available but cost around $25 USD each!

Ended up putting the Seagate ST4097 WREN II 80 MB MFM drive that's lived in my XT since the 90s in the shoebox, with an ACB-4000 controller. It's been installed since the 90s but not used for 10+ years, since I put an XT-IDE in there! Bought an Archive 60 MB QIC drive on eBay, flipped the coin on the roller being goop. Turns out it was goop, but someone had repaired it with rubber tubing! Going to run that repair as-is and see how it holds up.
