SuperPET SP9000 Video Issue

Anyone seen an issue like this before on a PET or SuperPET? In Basic it seems totally fine, but as soon as I try to run games that were designed for 40 columns, that are not in basic, this happens, with every other line being on the end of the first rather than extending down the rows. This is one of the later two-board super pets made at the end of 1982, it originated in Canada, and has a model 9000 sticker on the back, so I don't think it was an upgrade (despite the missing key stickers).

It turns out its just the way it maps 40 to 80 column memory layout.. nothing to see here!

Yes, the 40/80 column mode is a bit of a nuisance...

Before you run a 40 column game on a 8032, you might want to run the program called CBM4032. It will use the middle 40 columns thereafter until the pet is reset.
