Tandy 3000NL Memory board

I recently squired a Tandy 3000NL in a trade and is in very good shape and it came with a memory board which looks like it can hold 8 MB of RAM.
I need to know which is bank zero on this board. starting from left or starting from right? So I can repopulate it. and does it required Parity or non-parity
There seems to be very little info out there about this board. See attached Pic.

Thanks Mike, I have the memory up to 8 MB right now the max it seems to support.
