TEC Series 500 Model 535 Terminal Manual Wanted

I would really like to get this terminal working and I've been unsuccessful at being able to connect it to anything. I would love to find a manual to understand the jumper settings and limitations of the device. Please let me know where I might find one.

I'm still looking for the manual for this TEC terminal. I've made some progress in just getting it to communicate, but clearly the settings are not quite right. It would be nice to know what all the jumpers mean. It is connecting to an old shoebox CP/M system I have (in the picture above), but the blinking is not right and it's not refreshing the screen unless I press the space bar. Any help would be appreciated.
