I found it at my grandmas. Nickel-Cad battery leaked all inside it. Costed it in 99% iso alcohol and it showed signs of life. Don’t know much about what’s going on with it but it spun up a floppy disk.

It's pretty clear that you have a problem with the LCD display panel at least. Some of the lines either aren't working or aren't responding properly to the control signals.

If the machine has a VGA output and you can find an old monitor to hook it up to then you might be able to see if the system is booting up properly.
