This is the first of many posts covering my adventures with my new TI-99/4A. I got this for $5 from my favorite electronics store, EPO(Electronic Parts Outlet). It didn't come with any cables or accessories, but I found I could make my own AV Cable, and I could take it apart and apply power from an ATX PSU. I used a broken keyboard cable and a broken audio cable for the AV cable. I'm not sure if it will work yet, since I can't test it. I haven't taken the unit apart yet, but it should work. If it works, the next part will be me testing it and buying a real adapter. If it doesn't, the next part will be a repair guide.
