Hello,
I have a fairly good Windows 98 laptop, Pentium 3, 800mhz, dvd drive, lots of ram, speakers, composite and vga out, and of course floppy drive, active matrix screen, etc.
It's pretty good, but unfortunately, it is having issues with the power jack, sometimes it powers on for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes, and sometimes not at all, moving the connection around in the jack seems to make a difference too.
I would like to ask if someone could maybe repair this for me? I tried my local computer store and they couldn't do it, and another place I know that specialized in vintage/old machines, doesn't work on laptops.
