The "U.S. - Mid-Atlantic" sub-forum technically existed, but it was just used as a link to a page pointing to the VCF Mid-Atlantic group. On behalf of the VCF board I have removed that restriction and now this is a fully functioning area of the forum.
If you have problems getting to it try clearing VCF site related cookies from your browser. (I had to do that for Chrome.)
