Understanding VCFED Logins

Hi Everyone,

I am a newly registered vintage computing enthusiast.

As you can guess by the fact that I can post here, my forum.vcfed.org account seems to be working nicely. I am able to login with no trouble.

I (perhaps naively) assumed that the same account would also service vcfed.org. However vcfed consistently rejects my (correct) credentials from forum.vcfed.org.

Is this expected behavior? Are two accounts required, one for vcfed.org and one for forum.vcfed.org ?

Are you talking about the wordpress login? I believe that's for VCF website staff?

First of all welcome...

You only have one account on forum.vcfed.org.

That account will also be limited whilst you are under moderation (if you had not realised it). You will automatically 'upgraded' after 10 posts.
