Uploaded a profile PIC but don't see it in posts

I have uploaded a profile PIC to My Profile about a month ago and when I view my posts I don't see the profile pic. Any ideas?

Its too big? Max size is 100 x 100? Profile privacy?

It shows up when I go to "My Profile" and the privacy setting is set to Everyone. Can an admin or someone see how big the photo is?

Profile picture and Avatar are two seperate things on this forum. If you want to set an Avatar go to your settings, and that would be below the Edit Profile Picture option.
