VCF-GB have teased a 2026 event in the UK on Facebook:

Not sure of the politics involved with the other VCFs, hopefully this event will be as good as VCF-GB 2010 which I remember fondly.

Does this event have a regular website, or is it just the ol' walled garden?

Also, I could have sworn this event was previously known as VCF UK, not GB. Sadly, the past events haven't turned up too many image galleries documenting what they were like. If anyone here is planning to go, please take pictures and share them. Not only as a matter of record, but also because a few folks see them and think "wow, I should go next time!"

The VCF GB @ TNMOC team haven't updated their website for 2013:

so I assume this one isn't happening, fingers crossed for 2014.

The next festival will be very different to the 2010 event so I am not sure any pictures of that would be relevant. Sadly I can't find mine, the only pics I have from 2010 appear to be a holiday. I Do know its been held at the Northwest Computer Museum.

I am the organiser for Vintage Computer Festival GB - past and forthcoming events.

There are images from previous events on our Facebook page. Sadly we had to remove one of the two sets of photos from 2010 from our social media, as TNMoC retained the copyright and they didn't want us using them. The FB site is public so you don't need to be signed up to view it.

The 2026 event will indeed be held at Leigh Spinners Mill in association with the Northwest Computer Museum. There is a lot going on in the background but I'm hoping that we'll have a website up and running in the coming weeks.

Retro Computer Museum will also be an integral part of the event, and I am currently extending an invite to all computer museums in the UK.
