It's a pretty generic AT supply isn't it? Seems like it'd be pretty easy to source a replacement, though not trivial since the market moved to ATX supplies.

The voltages and connectors are pretty generic, but it's a pretty small form factor, about 6" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4". I haven't been able to find one like it. There are some repaired ones available, but they're pricy.
...and I would like to repair the original!
