Hello everyone thought I would take a second to officially introduce myself I have been active on this board and been busy with my site and never said Hi!

So anyway I am Eric H. from Anaconda Montana and own and run a website called http://www.vintageibm.net

Be sure to check it out whenever you need goodies about the IBM 5150 PC. The history page is getting a makeover most of that info is wrong! I will be addressing a few myths about IBM 5150 PC!

Thanks All,

Love the template/design of the site. Quite pleasing on the eyes. Glad you let us know about it, I'll certainly be looking at it sometime soon for my 5150.

As you noticed instead of folks following up with you over here a whole new thread was started which is funny.

Still, keep up the good work. Age doesn't matter, it took me quite a long time before I could afford or find some systems older than me but now I have lots of the "first" PCs for most vendors and several systems from 77 which are older than myself (finally) lol. In fact I think many folks here would be quite happy to know the next generation of computer admins are also concentrating on preserving their history and sharing the knowledge and creativity of these classic systems that we couldn't be here without.
