Recently, I was lead to this forum via a user on HACKADAY when they commented on my paper tape reader I just built. I am in search of a paper tape PUNCH. I have a laser cutter program I use for now but it's probably 20% practical in terms of the the length of actual programs and content I'd want to write out to tape. I want to believe it's not a rich man's sport to find one so sub $500 would be amazing. I'm happy to refurbish one assuming it is in a refurbishing condition and not all the way gone to the birds. They are complex mechanical devices so I know they can be found often a little worse for wear. Thanks for any leads you can provide!!!
