I have a series if IBM PS/2, Apple and Spectrum ZX boards which require recapping and/or servicing.
 
If you weren't across the pond, I'd offer, but shipping would obviously be insanely expensive and risky.

I think there's a few people from here over in Europe that can do recapping, if not, you may consider looking over at https://tinkerdifferent.com and on their Discord where there definitely are a few EU people on that do recapping.
