What do you think is wrong with my Texas Instruments TI-99/4A

TI-99/4A "beep of death"

Console Power Up Procedure:
  1. TMS9900 CPU resets and addresses low ROM locations.
  2. TMS9900 initializes.
  3. TMS9900 sets up workspace registers in MCM6810 RAM.
  4. TMS9900 begins GROM read
  5. TMS9900 enters a delay loop for about 1/4 second.
  6. TMS9919 sound chip is disabled. <-- you don't get here
  7. TMS9918A VDP chip is initialized.
  8. 4116 VDP RAM is initialized (requires about 1 second).
  9. Title screen is loaded into VDP.
  10. TMS9919 sound chip emits beep.
  11. TMS9900 CPU enters keyboard scan.
  12. System is ready for use
You can try checking everything out. Usually it's just bad ram.

Ok thanks for the information yes when it tried booting up it sometimes showed that blueish garbage and sometimes it showed back with red and blue specs like snow and sometimes black white lines that scrolled down the screen. So I was thinking and vram but thanks for the details I'll definitely look into the ram.
