What kind of computer cassette tape is this? (TEAC CT-600H)

I saved one of these from being thrown out today. At first it looks like an ordinary audio cassette, but then I noticed the lack of any obvious indication of its recording length or bias (Type I normal bias, Type II high bias, etc.). Instead it just says "High Density Magnetic Tape Cassette" and the TEAC model number CT-600H.

Then I looked on the back and was surprised to see "Computer Tape - This is back side, unuseable." So it's for some kind of computer tape drive that records both "sides" of the tape simultaneously, to fit more data on the tape without needing to flip it over. Also there is an arrow on the front side indicating "This Side In", so it looks like it's for a drive with a side-loading mechanism.

eBay listings say it has a capacity of 60 MB but I can't find any more information than that.
