I have this Macintosh 12" RGB Display Family Number M1299. But I have yet to find anything in my collection that will use it. It was made for Mac LC or IIsi. But in one of the documents I was reading it mentioned that is works with an Apple IIe card in the LC. Is there any chance this monitor will work with my actual Apple IIe if I add an RGB video card?

No. That is a fixed mode 640x480@66.7Hz monitor. It is not 15KHz compatible (which is what an Apple II would display) or likely even normal VGA for use with a scandoubler.

The only reason it would work with the IIe card is that it outputs through the Mac video out, which would work fine with that monitor.

Not only that, but IIRC even the cables are wired differently. (You can tell them apart because the Mac RGB cable is thicker.)
