I can't find them anywhere online, except in black. It looks like an Evercool Armor or iStarUSA iStorm7. Uses two stacked 5.25 bays.

I will also consider a metal bay cover option.

If you can source the black version, why not just spraypaint it? You can get pretty decent results with Rustoleum. I've sprayed several drive bay things to more closely match cases the devices were going in.

Another option would be 3D printing.
