Need some help :
. Trading is restricted at Vogons, isn't it, i'm mistaken?
. Is there any thread helping people to buy some stuff in other countries?
E.g. i'm in Belarus, found a lot in Serbia, but can't register local trading place, and the seller haven't left any other communication methods, like Gmail.
