Odd ISA Video Capture Card

I found a nice old video capture card in a box of junk, very nice and clean.
Main chip is ATI-68890 and the next one is ku82750pd-25.

It has 1 s-video input and I think 2 composite inputs as well.
Google only came up with very little information about this little card.

Any thoughts?

It doesn't have a VGA port on it? Certainly sounds like an ATI capture card. I'm not familiar with their older stuff but had the newer All-In-Wonder Pro card which were pretty nice.

Sort of, except it has another jumper block labeled "Res".
