Hrm, well one of the last things I told you guys about while gone was the Tandy 1000RL I got, but since then I haven't acquired any hardware (that I recall atm).
I have, however, become quite active in the "beta scene", collecting prerelease and canceled versions of software, primarily Microsoft OSes, so I have quite a collection (several hundred gigabytes) of these, including older ones like prerelease (and pre-finalized UI
) Chicago (Win95), Memphis (Win98 ), etc.

Niiice! I love the beta scene! What are the legal ramifications surrounding collecting beta versions of OSes?
The legal ramifications are that it's technically illegal, but it's not harshly attacked like other activities on the 'net, and even those who are strictly against piracy often don't mind those who collect beta versions of operating systems.
