That keyboard looks like it was yanked from something else, but can't put my finger on what. I want to say one of IBM's Selectrics, but that's probably not right.

It could have come from anywhere, one of hundreds (thousands??) of typewriters.

I'm positive I remember a number of episodes where he had a C64 attached to his instrument...not sure where they scrounged that kb from.

It's not an IBM selectric, it doesn't look like any electric typewritter I'm familiar with, however I'd need a closer view of the keyboard to be certain. And also of the other device thats there.
 
Possum: I know someone who Id've said you might be if you hadn't signed a post "Glen".
 
Ah yeah now that you mention it it looks like a traditional breadbox C64 without the brown casing on it.
