IBM 62x0780 Memory Expansion Manual

i have here a IBM 62x0780 Memory Expansion Adapter. Has anyone a manual or information about the dip switch settings for it.

I'm a little bit confused about the correct dip switch settings on my IBM 128k/640k memory expansion board in the "Technical Reference" for my IBM-AT 5170

The Board is fully equipped. The first 128k is recognized correctly ( 512k ( mainboard ) +128k(expansions board ).

But i have trouble to find the correct settings for the next 512k.

1 ON: LA23=0 OFF: LA23=1
2 ON: LA22=0 OFF: LA22=1
3 ON: LA21=0 OFF: LA21=1
4 ON: LA20=0 OFF: LA20=1
5 ON: LA19=0 OFF: LA19=1
6 ON: Bank 0 populated OFF: Bank 0 not populated
7 ON: Bank 1 populated OFF: Bank 1 not populated
8 ON: Reserved OFF: Bank 1 memory is 128k

The first 512k of expansion memory must start at hex 100000

What are the correct settings for the dip switches 1-5
1 = ?
2 = ?
3 = ?
4 = ?
5 = ?
6 = ON
7 = ON
8 = OFF

Background

The 64K/256K board for the 5150 and 5160 is set per:
Start at 64K - A16 switch off, remainder on
Start at 128K - A17 switch off, remainder on
Start at 256K - A18 switch off, remainder on
Start at 512K - A19 switch off, remainder on

128K/640K Card

If IBM used the same standard for the 5170's 128K/640K card, then for a starting address of 1MB (1024K), switch LA20 off, and the remaining LAxx switches on.
